Our Story: Rooted in Whatcom County

Our founder, Eric Chan, has been a part of the Whatcom County community for over 30 years. After spending more than a decade in the pest control industry and seeing a need for a more personal, customer-focused approach, [he/she] decided to build a company from the ground up.

Sparrow’s wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was built on early mornings, a deep understanding of the pests that thrive in our unique Pacific Northwest climate, and countless conversations with homeowners from Blaine to Bellingham. We know the challenges of keeping carpenter ants out of waterfront properties in Birch Bay and the best ways to rodent-proof historic homes in Fairhaven because we live here, too.
